charmed by the spacious rooms!
spacious rooms friendly staff premium toiletries
I was charmed by the spaciousness of the rooms. Quite a treat for a city stay. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated their 24/7 availability. premium toiletries were provided daily. I found the shampoo particularly good.
I encountered a minor issue with the shower. The water pressure and temperature were not ideal.

shabby lobby excessive resort fee
The office space was a good size (I appreciated that).
The lobby was not excellent. It felt more like a valet area with luggage piled up everywhere and seating was lacking. I also found the $57 resort fee excessive, as I didn't see any value in it.
